A 50% of the total amount refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows: 
1. If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 7% of the amount of the deposit or 500 Thai Baht (which ever is greater).
2. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. For NO SHOWS : The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation for airport transfer: Full payment will be charged for cancellation within 1 day before arrival as per our rate.

No Show for airport transfer: Full payment will be charged as per our rate.

Remark : in order to make a cancellation the customer must give notice by email within the specified cancellation periods to avoid loss of any deposits.
